Hi, I'm Nicky Bartlett, founder & owner of The Virtual Beehive. I am a highly efficient Executive/Personal Assistant who is self-motivated, responsive, positive and an effective multitasker with 25+ years of experience. Well respected and friendly, I have supported leaders, senior managers, and leadership/development coaches across various sectors in PE companies, education, trade associations and the music industry.

Priding myself in being a proactive, open and unique professional, I enjoy calmly supporting busy and inspiring leaders to enable them time to focus on and achieve their goals.

I love what I do! I particularly enjoy, and am proficient in, organising busy people, managing events, diary management & meeting co-ordination.

I am based in Buntingford, Hertfordshire but am always happy to travel to clients’ businesses or event venues.

Passionate about contributing and being part of forward-thinking companies and providing efficient, reliable and strong executive assistance with a wealth of transferable skills and knowledge.

Outside of my work I enjoy family life, socialising with friends and cooking for them, gardening, travel, yoga, reading, theatre trips, being a part-time model and attempting to crochet!
